Riverside Academy is an open and accepting place in which staff are prepared to listen to children's worries and fears. A parent with concerns about any aspect of the school curriculum and related matters should first raise the matter with the Headmaster. The Director or welfare officer is readily available to advise parents on any problems which might affect the child's wellbeing. Riverside Academy places a great importance on the maintenance of close and regular contact with the parents of all pupils.
Our school grounds are our attractive and excellent resource. The school is in its own purpose built building. We boast of a ten acre piece of land. There is therefore plenty of space in which youngsters can run around. There is also a stream rich in aquatic creatures. We encourage children to care for their environment. We offer bright, spacious and colourful rooms, where children can develop important skills.
Riverside Academy is registered with the KMA and inspected by the Ministry of Education (Inspectorate Division) to ensure that the school is well equipped to look after children. Yearly checks are carried out to ensure the building is safe and suitable for children. Continuous checks are also made yearly to ensure that we continue to provide a safe and suitable service.
